Beautiful artwork - bizarre customer service approach
The app displays beautiful works of art along with interpretations and requests for donations. The notes displayed under the individual pieces are informative but are undercut by frequent grammatical errors. The app crashes on my iPad 2 Air with 64 GB at random points every time I try to view prior entries. I contacted the author about the issue and was sent the following note:
Hello James,
it seems you dont have the PRO version of the app that is designed for the iPads and has a favorite feature. The free version of the app works only on iPhones, this is probably why it crushes:(
I have the pro version but it seems odd that the free version "crushes" [sic] are a known feature.
